Initial Services / Property Preservation / Winterizations
Initial services sub contractor needed for foreclosed homes in the Jacksonville, NC area. Being that this is a sub contractor position you are required to have all of your own equipment such as reliable transportation, trailer for the removal of debris, digital camera, computer, internet, all lawn equipment and a clean back ground. Must have digital camera not a smart phone or Ipad. Having all of your own cleaning supplies will also be needed. Initial services consist of the removal of all interior and exterior debris if any is present, cleaning the property and doing the lawn service if there is a lawn present.
General Liability insurance and Workman's comp insurance is required but will waived until after the first pay period.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
