Has complete knowledge of POS Order Taking procedures.
Be able to operate the POS system quickly and accurately.
Be able to handle cash quickly and accurately.
GSR Duties:
Answers phones and takes orders.
Greets and thanks Guests.
Takes orders for walk-in Guests.
Gets drinks for orders (if applicable).
Rings all orders into POS System.
Performs prep work.
Helps where needed.
Keeps counters and Guest area clean.
Handles Guest complaints, order concerns, and other requests quickly and in a friendly, positive, and non-confrontational manner Helps where needed.
