As a Staff Member at our Group Home for Intellectually Disabled individuals, you will be responsible for providing direct care, support, and assistance to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
Your role is crucial in promoting independence, enhancing quality of life, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all residents.
This position will work for 16 hours and be available by sleeping for up to 8 hours.
Requirements:
Must be dependable with a good work ethic.
Must have a reliable vehicle and safe driving record.
Must have a valid driver's license and state minimum auto insurance.
Background checks will be performed on all applicants.

All training will be provided by A Caring Heart Case Management Inc.
Direct support services provide instruction to individuals to help them learn, retain, or improve skills for maximal functioning.
Skill building focuses on self-care, household maintenance, social and communication skills, money management, social and community inclusion, mobility employment, and self-regulation.
Services will be provided in the home, community, and day program.
