Insurance Coverage Attorney

We are currently looking for an Insurance Coverage Attorney who will work with our In-House Counsel and management team on policy interpretation, coverage opinions, claim status management, and more. This is an entry-level attorney position in our in-house legal department. Duties:
Analyze coverage issues, evaluate claims handling and underwriting practices, and determine exposure for all levels of coverage litigation. Act as the primary point of contact for agency clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolution throughout the claim process. Serve as an agency resource to aid in investigations and adjudications of specific claims. Support data collection for carrier determination of customer coverage. Attend and play a prominent role in sales and service client meetings to present the agency's claims management program. Provide guidance and training to internal insurance employees on coverages, claim trends, and claim resolution. Work with outside counsel when needed for support in litigation. With support of In-House Counsel, provide legal counsel and support to management on internal and contractual matters, monitor compliance, negotiate and draft contracts, and build new processes/procedures where needed.
Qualifications:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
