You easily pick up how to use new websites & platforms -Organized, organized, organized! - you love writing in your planner, everything is on your calendar, and you never miss a beat! -Task management - you come in to work, you know what needs done, and you do it.
You can decide which tasks need to be prioritized.

Handling paperwork associated with each transaction Communicating with vendors, clients, lenders, attorneys, and other Realtors Scheduling closings, photography sessions, inspections, repairs etc.
Keeping up with files from the beginning to closing Putting out lock boxes, yard signs, and picking up checks You are handling several under contract buyers, several listings, and several clients looking for homes all at once.
This job is not for everyone! I am looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and will CARE about my business.
This is for long term employment.
I am looking for my next right hand person! This is a Monday through Friday part-time in person position.
Pay determined by experience.
