Vendor Coordination:
Collaborate with vendors to ensure all repairs are executed properly and to a high standard of quality.
Financial Oversight:
Manage invoices, ensuring repairs are cost-effective and within budget.
Communication:
Serve as a liaison between tenants and homeowners, keeping all parties informed about repair processes and status updates.
Qualifications:
