Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs.
Pleasant attitude is a must.
- Write up accurate and detailed service orders for repairs and maintenance - Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work - Provide estimates for repairs and upsell additional services as needed - Maintain customer records and update service history - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries - Handle cash transactions and process payments - Maintain office, waiting area and front bathroom, coffee station
Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive service or dealership environment preferred - Knowledge of engine repair and automotive diagnostics - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to upsell and recommend additional services to customers - Familiarity with all automotive systems is a plus - Cash handling experience is required As a Service Writer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service.
