Direct Support Professional 11pm to 7am MONDAY/FRIDAY EVERY OTHER WEEKEND REQUIRED Requirements:
Must be dependable with a good work ethic.
Must have a reliable vehicle and safe driving record.
Must have a valid drivers license and state minimum auto insurance.
Background checks will be performed on all applicants.
Willingness/highly motivated to assist clients with working-out and building muscle tone.
Confidence in working with clients that exhibit aggressive behaviors.
Self-control and patience when dealing with escalated behaviors i.
e.
verbal provocation.
Strong characteristics to handle individuals with explosive disorders.
Ability to learn and execute de-escalation strategies to handle crisis situations in a competent manner.
Nice-to-have:
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.

Services will be provided in the home, community, and day program.
